Online Credit or Debit Card:

Our online shops offer secure and safe shopping 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, we use HSBC Merchant Credit Card services for card processing.

When ordering online you will have two options before delivery and payment selection, you can checkout either by using the Express Checkout or User Checkout.

Our websites can also accept PayPal as a payment method.

Express Checkout - This is ideal for one time ordering.

User Checkout - Ideal for customers who place regular orders for quick ordering that gives you your own account section and order history/progressing.

Collection:

Orders may be paid for and collected from our Offices/warehouse in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, please see our Contact Details for Opening times.

Telephone:

Telephone orders under £35 are subject to a admin manual processing fee of £3.50, orders placed online and then paid for using telephone have a reduced surcharge of £1.95 on orders under £35.

To place a telephone order online, simply add your items to your cart and checkout as normal, under payment options select "Phone Ordering", then submit your order and you will receive on screen confirmation of your order (and a copy sent via e-mail) then please contact our sales team on +44 (0)1992 450780 and please quote your order reference number.

Fax:

To order by fax you can either download an Order Form, or fax a purchase order to us at +44 (0)1992 450781

You can also place fax orders online by simply adding your items to the shopping cart and selecting "Fax" as payment method on checkout, once you submit your order you will receive conformation

Mail Order:

You can download an Order Form or print a copy of your shopping basket and post to us at:

Account:

You may apply for Nett Monthly account by downloading and completing an Application Form (application requests must be signed by a Director or Senior of the company). UK Schools, Colleges, Universities and government have automatic account facilities.

Accounts are subject to Allendale Electronics Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Once your account is approved you may order online and select "Purchase Order" as payment method on checkout and submit your order, this will apply the invoice on your account. If you wish to add a purchase order number, please enter this in notes section before submitting your order.
